Individuals living with asthma are encouraged to visit www.wardhealth.com/asthmasurvey to fill out a short survey. The results of the survey will be used in a study that will compare the degree of patient centeredness of asthma care delivery in five jurisdictions (Canada, US, UK, Germany and Italy).
